Merry Christmas!!!

It's Christmas!
I can't believe it!
Everything seems to have moved so quickly!
Like when you walk a long way and are so focused on the path ahead of you that you don't pay any mind to time or distance. But suddenly you look back only to realize that you have traveled a much greater distance than you thought.
This year has been a tough one. Actually, the past few years have been tough (this one being the toughest of all), but I can feel things shifting.
Christmas is said to be a time of giving, happiness and warmth, and for many, it is.
I also know that for those suffering from mental illness, Christmas can seem like the complete opposite, and can make things worse, as opposed to better.
But to me, Christmas marks the end of a year cycle, getting rid of the things that do not serve you and opening up to everything that is to come. December, in my eyes, is the month of clearing away the bullshit and preparing for new dreams, wishes and motivations, which in turn, can become manifestations.
Believe it or not, what you think and feel is extremely important in shaping the world around you, and what is given out, has a tendency to be returned.
Slow down, take a moment, and focus on yourself.
What are out thinking?
What are you feeling?
Breathe. Slowly, deeply.
Feel the air filling up your lungs and the ground below you, supporting you.
Let your body relax, let your mind relax.
They've been doing a lot, they deserve a rest.
Now, if you focus on your thoughts and feelings, and clear away everything that is not serving you, Be it stress, worry, sadness, emptiness, fear, anger...
Visualize these, and as you breathe, simply let them go.
Every time you inhale, you take into yourself only good things, and as you exhale, out come all of the things that do not serve you.
You do not need them anymore, and they do not need you.
It's time to part ways and make way for new guests, and as you know, guests can enter and leave at any time.
It's your house, you decide who stays and who goes.
Things are changing for the better, and I have a feeling that 2018 is going to be an amazing year, so my time is now being spent preparing for this new year, and all of the amazing things to come.
No more focusing on the bad, it gets way too much attention.
It's the good that deserves your care.
So, as the new year approaches, and the old one comes to an end, I wish you all a very merry Christmas and happy, and prosperous New Year, you deserve it.
All my love,
IvyMoon xxx
