Having a hard day?

Feeling particularly low?
Run through this check list before you do anything else:



  • What have I eaten in the last 24 hours? (not much? Eat).
  • Am I hydrated? (Water yourself, pumpkin!).
  • Have I slept? Rephrase: Have I slept properly lately? (Dragons need sleep too).
  • Have I been outside? Exercised in any way I'm able to? (No stagnating please. Stagnant water is no good, least of all to itself).
  • Have I communicated with anyone? In any way? At all? About anything? (Even if you just yell song lyrics at someone through an open window).


Still not quite right?
Try these:


  • Meditate in nature.
  • Run yourself a relaxing bath; candles, essential oils and face masks included (treat yourself, you deserve it).
  • Walk through grass, barefoot.
  • Tidy up, and prepare fresh, clean sheets for your bed.
  • Eat healthy/prepare a healthy smoothie.
  • Burn scented candles.
  • Listen to music (light music, we want to float, not sink).
  • Create a warm, safe place for yourself, somewhere you can relax and feel comfortable (like a little safe-haven).
  • Go outside at night, or at least observe from an open window, and feel the stillness and the cool air, observe everything around you and enjoy the peace and the freedom.



Everything is as it's meant to be, and will happen as it's meant to happen.
Trust the universe, trust the earth, and trust yourself.
