A message to Old Souls and Empaths
“The real warriors in this world are the ones that see the details of another’s soul. They see the transparency behind walls people put up. They stand on the battlefield of life and expose their heart’s transparency, so other’s can finish the day with hope. They are the sensitive souls that understand that before they could be a light they first had to feel the burn.”

My prydferth enaid,
I know I'm not the only one to feel this way. To feel drained and overwhelmed by... everything. Sometimes, you will feel able to cope and rise to the challenge, and on other days, you won't.
That's OK.
Sometimes you feel helpless and overwhelmed and miserable, and unable to do anything about it. Today might be one of those days, or it might not.
Just know that whatever your feeling, however uncomfortable or painful, is meant to be there. Don't try and question it, or change it. Embrace it. It will pass.
This is extremely hard, I know, and it doesn't just take one time. Keep practicing. Ride the wave, don't swim against it.
Instead of questioning or analyzing your thoughts and feelings, let them be.
Welcome them. Like all guests, they'll leave.
And crying is good! It releases all of these trapped emotions that need to get out. Sometimes you need a good cry.
Being an Old Soul and an Empath is hard. It takes strength, and the fact that you are still here, still fighting, is a testament to your strength and character.
I am so proud of you!
The world is changing, energies are shifting, vibrations are rising, and you are a crucial part of this process. The world needs your strength.
You plant seeds of love and understanding just by being here.
Take care of yourself, as well as others. You deserve it.
Holding space for the world, cutting loose the old and making way for the new, feeling the energy of the world and everything in it. It takes a lot of work.
It's ok to take a step back sometimes. It's ok to stop and breathe and heal.
Trust yourself.
Everything happens as it is meant to happen, in the time that it is meant to happen.
Here are some tips for taking care of yourselves during the turbulent times:
You'll be ok.
